Conditions: the domain must be available at the time of order and cost $20/year or less from a standard registrar. Premium domains, auctioned names, and domains over $20/yr aren't included — but I'll happily register one for you at cost if you want it.

Yes — for "The Hundred" tier, $100 plus applicable sales tax is the total one-time price. No subscriptions, no setup fees, no "premium support" add-ons. If your project needs something more (a store, bookings, logins), I'll tell you the final price before you pay a cent.

No. The $100 (or quoted) price covers the initial build plus one round of revisions before the site goes live. Once the site is deployed, any further changes are chargeable — billed as a flat per-change rate or hourly, whichever is cheaper for you. I'll always quote the change before doing it, so there are no surprises. Small typo fixes within 48h of launch are on me.
Because I'm a solo developer with no office, no sales team, and no marketing budget. Every site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which is free, fast, and globally distributed — so I pay nothing for hosting and neither do you. The actual cost of building a small site is mostly my time, and a clean one-pager genuinely takes a couple of hours when you know what you're doing.
You get one round of revisions for free. If I genuinely can't build something you like, I'll refund you in full. I'd rather give your money back than ship something we both hate.
